Norbert Vergez

Former Director of Capital Projects with P3 Builds in Texas

Norbert Vergez was a Plano, Texas, executive who delivered technical operations and project management solutions with P3 Builds. As director of capital projects, he oversaw the Commercial Construction Division and managed a full breadth of remodeling and new construction undertakings. Norbert Vergez excelled in identifying business opportunities and engaged with architects, engineers, and designers within the design-to-permit process. He oversaw around $10 million in projects annually and worked closely with local and state entities.

Mr. Vergez previously held senior sales executive responsibilities with InterConnect Wiring in Fort Worth and oversaw sales to aerospace clients nationwide. As with his former company, he leveraged leadership experience in the Armed Forces in a role as a US government contracting and defense opportunity subject matter expert.

From 1987 to 2007, Mr. Vergez served as a military officer in the US Army and completed combat tours of Afghanistan, Iraq, and the Balkans, rising through the ranks to the rank of colonel. An experienced helicopter pilot and aviator, he operated and oversaw maintenance of advanced aircraft such as the UH-60A/L/M Blackhawk and the AH-64A/D Apache, as well as those of foreign make. An impactful platoon and battalion leader, he boosted the morale, welfare, and performance of troops in the field. Norbert Vergez earned the Senior Army Aviator Badge, the Air Assault Badge, and the Airborne Badge across his years of service.
